If you book a car, you can pick it up and drop it off at Chania airport or from your lodging with free of charge. At the arrival area, there will be someone from the car rental department holding a label with your name on it.
When we confirm your reservation to your email, you will need to pay the deposit 4 days prior to your pick up to continue to be your car rental reservation valid. If a reservation is canceled 4 day prior to the pick up date or no-show, we will charge you the deposit as a penalty.

All of our cars are with unlimited km per day, 24hours 7days road assistance, No extra fees or hidden costs, child seat upon request, Free second driver, Fuel is not included in the prices.

All our vehicles are provided with basic third-party liability insurance. This means that any damage caused to third parties is covered; however, any damage to the rental vehicle due to the driver’s fault is the sole responsibility of the driver.

An optional insurance upgrade is available for an additional €7 per day. With this option, a €500 security deposit is pre-authorized at the time of vehicle pickup. This amount is fully refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided no damage is identified.

In case of damage:

• The driver is responsible for costs up to €500 (excess amount).
• Any additional cost beyond €500 is covered by the insurance.

In summary:

• Without the additional insurance: the driver is responsible for the full cost of any damage to the vehicle.
• With the additional insurance: the driver’s liability is limited to a maximum of €500.
